At all production stages Quality Control is the main priority of the company. Quality Control Department (QCD) of the company is a self-determined business unit and is directly controlled by Technical Director.
Quality Control starts from input control of materials and components and is accomplished with control of test results of finished products. Quality Department consists of 5 people, who previously worked at large machine-building Enterprises.
QCD performs the following functions:
Quality Control and completency of produced parts, units and ready goods and its correspondence to the standards, technical specifications and design documentation.
Development and control for the delivery of outputs, aimed at preventing the occurrence of deviations and the elimination of defects.
Quality control of delivered raw materials, materials, semifinished products and components.
Control for the fulfilling order of selected items, packaging and preservation of finished products.
Quality Control of the products manufacturing.
Inspection of operating tools and manufacturing equipment condition.
Inspection control to the observance of storage terms of components, raw materials and finished products at the warehouses and work shops of Enterprise.
Organization and implementation of advanced control methods and quality evaluation of products.
Participation in testing of new and modified product samples, as well as in approval of technical documentation for this products in order to provide the conditions for its effective quality control.
Proposal development regarding increasing of quality requirements of produced and consumed products by enterprise, regarding improvement of standards and technical documentation, which sets the requirements, as well as proposals, addressed for entailing of high quality production release.
