In connection with the release of accurate, high-tech equipment, the performance of which depends on the activities of large and non-stop productions, as the basis for building the research and production cycle is based on the concept of providing the highest quality in accordance with international standards.

This concept is based on the principle of ensuring control of all processes affecting quality.

Based on this, the Enterprise has a closed technological cycle for all productions and constantly

striving to minimize the service of third parties and to reduce the influence of external factors.

Basic positions of closed cycle:

1) design development and all types of calculations: gasdynamics, thermodynamics, deformations, strength, dinamics of rotor with oil and dry seals, etc.

2) materials of friction couples (tungsten carbide, silicone carbide, graphite, etc.) for sealing seals.

3) equipment and fittings for control panels are bought only from world leading producers.

4) quality control at all manufacturing stages.

5) assembly in extremely clean conditions.

6) bench testing at all modes, corresponding to all operating conditions, of all seals and prillers without exceptions, witnessed by the Customer.

7) hydraulic testing of assembled instrumentation panel.
