Специалисты производства эластомеров НПФ “Грейс-инжиниринг” освоили новую уникальную технологию изготовления бесшовных О-колец. Технология позволяет получать бесшовные формовые О-кольца неограниченного внутреннего диаметра. При этом размер сечения кольца также может быть различным. Эта инновация позволяет значительно сократить расходы при подготовке производства бесшовных О-колец внутреннего диаметра свыше 800 мм. Кольца таких размеров могут быть востребованы в компрессоростроении при уплотнении проточных частей. На сегодня освоен выпуск таких колец из материала, аналогичного Viton®, NBR и EPDM . Инженеры РТИ продолжают исследовательские работы чтобы освоить выпуск бесшовных формовых О-колец большого диаметра из других материалов. Освоение этой технологии также позволяет изготавливать формовые шнуры различного диаметра и формы поперечного сечения.[:en]
Specialists of O-rings Manufacturing of RPF «Grace-Engineering» had mastered new unique technology of seamless O-rings manufacturing. The Technology allows to receive seamless molded O-rings of unlimited inner diameter. Whereupon, the size of cross section of the ring may also be different. Such innovation allows to reduce expenditures considerably when preparing the manufacturing of seamless O-rings of inner diameter more than 800mm. 
The rings of such size may be demanded in compressor manufacturing when sealing flow sections. Thus far, manufacturing of the rings from material similar to Viton®, NBR and EPDM had been mastered. Engineers of Rubber Goods Department continue research activities in order to master the production of seamless molded O-rings of big size diameter from other materials. The development of this technology also allows to produce molded cords of different diameter and cross section shape.
