НПФ “Грейс-инжиниринг” разработало и запатентировало конструкцию высокопроизводительного вибрационного приллера.
Особенность этой конструкции заключается в том, что данный виброприллер может применяться на башнях по производству приллированных азотных удобрений с производительностью 140-150 тонн в час. Он может устанавливаться на башнях диаметром до 26 метров.
При этом качественно улучшается гранулометрический состав, снижается температура конечного продукта и сокращаются вредные выбросы в атмосферу. Такие виброприллеры уже успешно эксплуатируются на нескольких предприятиях по выпуску удобрений.

«Grace-Engineering» LLC has developed and patented the design of high capacity Vibrating Priller. The specifics of this design is that vibropriller may be installed at the towers of prilling nitrogen fertilizers manufacturing with the capacity of 140-150 t/hour. It can be installed at the towers with the diameter of 26 meters. Whereas, prills size distribution is considerably improving, the temperature of finished product and harmful emissions into the atmosphere are reducing. Such vibroprillers are successfully operating at several enterprises which produce fertilizers.
