Office and manufacturing facilities are located on the territory of 5 600 m². The total amount of staff members of «Grace-engineering» LLC is 115 people, among which more than 60 has got high and special engineering education. Our Company is certified according to International Quality System 9001-2015.
Three basic production areas operate as a part of Enterprise.
– development and manufacturing of Dry Gas Seals and the Systems;
– development and manufacturing of Mineral Fertilizers Prilling Systems;
– manufacturing of rubber goods.
The Company is in possession of close control equipment for manufacturing of goods. A temperature-controlled room was created for quality assurance of manufactured parts with constant control of environment parameters. Manufacturing workshops are assembled with modern machines with computer numerical control. 
Operation on the machines is organised in two shifts, in order to optimize the production process and shorten the time of production. Quality Department is modernized with coordinate measuring machine and state-of-the-art measuring instruments, which makes it possible to perform the control of measured parts with the tolerance up to 2-3 microns. Rotating parts and assembly units are checked for existence of disbalance at the balancing area. Balancing equipment allows to perform parts balancing by accuracy grade G1 according to GOST ISO 1940.
