Technological capabilities
The production of critical parts of the granulator takes place on high-precision equipment, including coordinate operations. Particular attention is paid to the manufacture of the perforated bottom of the granulator basket. The bottom is made by hydraulic drawing using a high-pressure hydraulic station on a special stamp.
Perforation is performed on a unique computerized machine, after which each hole is countersinked, calibrated, polished and coated (if necessary).

After the final assembly, the granulators are tested on a special stand at the loads specified by the customer.
